Country Kitchen Classics

This week in our country kitchen we followed Awishka as she taught us how to make these delicious fudge sticks!! Awishka is our Country Kitchen chef and has worked for Maan Farms for over a year now!  She is our Sri-Lankan sweetie 🙂

 

The things you will need are:

  • Lollipop sticks
  • Water
  • Marshmallows
  • Fudge
  • Dried Sweetened Coconut
  • A clean tray

Step 1) Dip the lollipop stick in the water so to hold the marshmallows better .

 

Step 2) Push two marshmallows onto the stick.

 

Step 3) Roll the marshmallows in fudge until completely coated and then drip off excess fudge.

 

Step 4) Roll the coated marshmallows in the coconut until there is a layer surrounding it.

 

Step 5) Set on a tray to harden for 15-20 minutes.

 

And voila! You are done and left with a delicious little treat to enjoy!
